Ommaega is birthed from a place of passion and love for yoga and nature. So why not do yoga IN nature?

Mission

To create a mentally healthier community with a deep sense of nature-relatedness by:

1. Advocating and maintaining a meaningful and intimate relationship with nature through outdoor yoga,

2. Cultivating a greater depth of environmental concern

Grounded in ecopsychology*, we emphasise heavily on mindfulness by immersing ourselves in nature, bringing our senses more attuned to our here-and-now.

A growing body of research evidenced that exposure to the natural world promotes mental and physical health and healing. It not only makes us feel better emotionally, but it also contributes to our physical well-being, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
